2025: Implementation of the Digital Access System

The management company MANUFAQTURY has introduced a digital access system based on the PRYSM PropTech platform in the Poklonka business center. The object gradually refuses physical passes, transferring the processes of registration and control of access to the digital environment. The first stage of the project has already been launched and covers the automated entry of cars into the parking lot using QR passes working through API integration with parking equipment. Manufaqtury announced this on December 23, 2025.

This feature is available through the mobile application and its web version, developed on the basis of the PRYSM platform. Tenants can issue passes for cars in the format of unique QR codes and send them to the guest in the form of SMS or email. Messages contain a travel scheme and access rules, a parking floor number, a parking space and other technical details. The transition to a digital system will unify access, eliminate manual control and form a new standard of access control in commercial real estate: transparent, fast and fully managed through the PRYSM platform.

At the second stage of the project, self-service terminals for walking guests will appear, which will allow you to refuse manual reconciliation of passports by a security guard with system data. The complete transition to the digital access model will be completed in the third stage. This will require a comprehensive modernization of all MCDS equipment. This phased approach allows you to distribute the financial burden, fully test technologies and assess their effectiveness before scaling the entire building infrastructure.

A digital pass is a QR code that contains only a unique identifier - a token - and does not disclose. personal data When scanning a QR code, the terminal in real time asks the central office servers for relevant data information about the pass: validity period, associated car number, access area and other restrictions. Only after successful verification of all these conditions does the server issue a command to open the barrier. All operations are performed through the server part and recorded in event logs (logs), which can be used to audit and investigate incidents. This excludes falsification of passes and reuse of QR codes outside the specified conditions.

To grant access to the territory, the system will be integrated with both the systems that control the parking executive equipment and the MCDS system, which controls user access to the desired office. PRYSM is a master platform in which all passes will be created and sent to the parking and MCDS subsystems. Thanks to this integration, PRYSM will control the creation of passes, their change or cancellation, as well as store data on inputs, outputs and other information, "said Andrei Kulagin, co-founder and managing director of MANUFAQTURY.

QR passes allow security to refuse manual verification and provide predictable and fast entry for tenants and guests without queues. Automation saves security time by allowing you to focus on site physical security tasks rather than administrative operations. QR passes also exclude unauthorized permits to the territory, since the decision is made by the system based on roles and rights.

A digital pass in PRYSM is a decision that eliminates the human factor when deciding to allow a car into the territory of the facility. Access is provided by a system that checks the current status of the pass, its validity period, the car data associated with it (state number) and other specified rules. Therefore, the stolen or copied QR code will not provide access - the system will match it with the current parameters and deny the request if at least one of them does not match. This approach fundamentally increases the level of security, "explained Akhmed Maloroyev, director of the digital product development department at MANUFAQTURY.

The system records the basic technical events required for the access control operation, but if necessary, they can be used to create analytical reports on the project traffic and create interfaces as part of a separate revision. At the same time, digitalization does not interfere in emergency response procedures: in the event of evacuation or other incidents, the management personnel will be able to manually put the barriers and access points into open mode. PRYSM automates guest access without limiting the actions of security services.
