The Teamlead company completed Atlassian JIRA implementation project in JSC SG MSK company.
Main thing
The main objective of the project was in saving all functions of the IBM ClearQuest system used earlier in SG MOSCOW TIME. Within the project this task was carried out.
Results
Data migration is carried out to the JIRA system, necessary expansions (export of data from JIRA and processing of e-mail) are developed, user training is provided.
Atlassian JIRA is used in "SG MOSCOW TIME" as a process management system of development and maintenance of information systems. About 50 geographically distributed analysts, developers and testers are involved in processes. In a system process of accounting and error handling, requests for completion, fixes and so forth is automated. The flexibility of Workflow allowed to provide necessary stages and conditions of transitions at request processing, beginning from the analysis and finishing with release of releases. There was demanded a possibility of creation of role desktops for users: head, analyst, developer.
