2025: Implementation of ConsID WMS

Consid has completed the implementation of the Consid.WMS warehouse management system at the logistics facility of one of the dairy producers in Russia, EcoNiva Group of Companies. Consid announced this on November 16, 2025.

The project was implemented at a warehouse with an area of 4,000 square meters. m, located at the production complex of the EcoNiva Group of Companies in the Kaluga Region and operating around the clock order processing. The company's warehouses are characterized by high inventory turnover, a large SKU range and strict requirements for compliance with temperature conditions, shelf life and storage conditions.

The need to implement a professional WMS system arose due to the difficulty of implementing new improvements in the current accounting system and the inability to meet the high requirements for the speed of processing goods and fulfilling orders. The customer considered platforms capable of providing stability and continuity of business processes, high performance, flexibility of configuration and full compliance with the requirements of the food industry. The choice was made in favor of Consid.WMS due to the company's experience in projects of similar scale and complexity, including for the largest manufacturers of dairy products, cheeses and chain retailers, as well as the ability to implement in a short time. Setting up the solution and preparing for launch took less than six months.

During the project, integration with the corporate 1C system was carried out, support for various types of packaging (pieces, boxes, pallets) was provided, work with weight products was automated and marking was processed using GS1 barcodes with automatic extraction of data on the product, batches, quantity and shelf life at the stages of acceptance, selection and inventory. The system is configured for warehouse operation in 24/7 mode at + 4... + 6 ° C and supports complex algorithms for forming orders for federal retail chains, taking into account their individual requirements for packaging, document flow, delivery methods and consolidation rules. Particular attention is paid to the quality control of inventory: batch accounting, work with quarantine, locks, monitoring temperature conditions and inventory management with minimal shelf life.

The start-up of the Consid.WMS was carried out without stopping the production process and without reducing the volume of shipments. The teams of Consid and the customer worked in 24/7 mode, and the project was carried out according to the flexible Agile methodology, which made it possible to quickly make changes and effectively manage the overall task backlog.

After putting the system into operation, the warehouse was transferred to Consid technical support 24 hours a day. The project also delivered equipment - Godex B40 printers and M3 Mobile data collection terminals.

In the future, it is planned to scale Consid.WMS to the following distribution centers of EcoNiva Group of Companies, expand functionality, launch new processes and train developers and IT administrators of the customer for further independent development of the system. Consid will also continue to support and develop the implemented solution in accordance with the company's logistics development strategy.
