The company "Data-Center Automatics" has completed the implementation of the ELMA365 platform for automating sales processes and project management. The project has become part of a strategy for the transition to a single digital environment, covering all key stages of interaction with customers - from the primary lead to control of execution, accounting for labor costs and the formation of analytics. Elma announced this on December 25, 2025.

The goal of the project was to create a centralized digital environment where the processes of sales, planning, task control, document coordination, accounting for employee load and project risk management are standardized. Within the framework of the project, special attention is paid to integration with the BI system - on its basis, analytics are formed by key metrics, including the cost of the transaction, labor, status of execution and resource load.

The implementation was carried out by the integration company BOAS. The solution is based on typical sales and project management ELMA365 loops adapted to the customer's needs.

Within the framework of the project, key processes were automated: lead registration, sales funnel management, formation of project teams, time control, launch of projects from transactions, risk management, approval routes, document flow and project correspondence. At the moment, all work is structured in a single digital circuit, ― commented Alexey Kataykin, BOAS project manager.
