In Voskresensk situated near Moscow the multifunction cultural and leisure center (MCLC) constructed with participation of the EcoProg engineering company opened. The Moscow company was responsible for construction and optimization of the engineering systems of an object.

MKDTs "Voskresensk" is constructed on the central square of the city. On five floors not only trading floors - food supermarket, clothing stores, footwear, products for children, digital equipment, goods for the house, but also entertaining zones - multiplex movie theater, children's entertainment center, the fitness center and also the zone food court - cafe and restaurants are located. The total area of MKDTs - 17,000 sq.m.

The EcoProg company performed examination of projects of the engineering systems of MKDTs "Voskresensk" and their subsequent completion for the purpose of optimization of functioning of engineering infrastructure and ensuring energy saving.

The EcoProg company performs all complex of works on design and creation of engineering infrastructure of objects. "However, on this object, on a number of systems we carried out engineering consulting, a part of systems projected and built by own forces, and completely created the integrated management system for the building (ASUZ) independently" – Sergey Mironov, the director of department of corporate projects of EcoProg responsible for MKDTs "Voskresensk" specified.

Complex approach to creation of engineering infrastructure allowed to receive several advantages to not only the owner of the building and operating organization, but also tenants. First of all, it is energy saving. And energy saving is performed not only for the purpose of reduction of operating costs, but also as necessary function of engineering infrastructure for improving competitiveness of the building and attractiveness for tenants.

Energy saving of MKDTs "Voskresensk" is provided with a number of technologies. First of all, use of the energy saving equipment, such producers as ABB, VTS Clima, Carrier, Danfoss, Grundfos. In the systems of a supply and exhaust ventilation of MKDTs the principle of recuperation, i.e. return of a part of energy for reuse in the same technology process is used. The centralized system of air conditioning provides economy mode of "freecooling" of two Carrier refrigerators that allows to reduce energy costs by cooling of premises to 40%. Automated management of the climatic equipment is exercised according to changes of environmental conditions. All above-mentioned technologies allow to reduce consumption of energy resources of MKDTs "Voskresensk" by 30% in comparison with traditional solutions.

Tenants of the building in MKDTs "Voskresensk" will be able not only to save on the electric power at the expense of energy-saving technologies and separate accounting of energy consumption: flexible engineering infrastructure of MKDTs allows to adapt premises to changes of requirements easily. For example, there are possibilities of creation of necessary climatic conditions for server rooms, ensuring video surveillance in the rented territory and increases in electric power for leased premises.

Complex security is provided with the systems of sprinkler fire extinguishing and the fire warning; system of smoke removal and air skid, warning system and managements of evacuation; control and management system for access, video surveillance systems and automation of jobs of a security service.

The basic principles of creation of the uniform automated control system of MKDTs "Voskresensk" are, on the one hand - creation of local management systems for process systems which can work independently of each other, on the other hand - close integration of all systems for optimization of their functioning. For achievement of these purposes the different technologies providing compatibility between elements of an automated system under physical and information protocols are used. The system of automated management of MKDTs is constructed based on the open LonWorks, Modbus and BACnet protocols that simplifies integration of the engineering systems and allows to carry out further hardware upgrade and to increase a system if necessary.

The multifunction cultural and leisure center "Voskresensk" is nominated for the award Commercial Real Estate Awards in category "small shopping center" founded by the Commercial Real Estate magazine. Within April the expert committee of jury will define winners.
