According to the development plan and upgrades of IT infrastructure of the main office JSC "LUKOIL" by LUKOIL-INFORM LLC and EcoProg companies the complex of works on upgrade of the systems of the guaranteed and regular power supply and monitoring of the engineering equipment is executed.
Stable work of engineering infrastructure is especially important in modern conditions when more and more consumers are connected to city networks that sometimes leads to uncontrollable blackouts. This problem is especially relevant for the large companies as work suspension even at several o'clock threaten with enormous losses. With respect thereto the management of JSC "LUKOIL" set the task about acceptance of necessary measures for ensuring trouble-free operation of the equipment at any emergency situations.
The technical specifications for a complex of technical works on increase in functionality and to reliability augmentation of engineering infrastructure were prepared by specialists of LUKOIL-INFORM LLC together with engineers of EcoProg company.
During upgrade of a power supply system the EcoProg company, provided power supply of an object from two sections of transformer substation. As the third independent source of power supply the powerful diesel-generator station is used now. The uninterruptible power supply units (UPSU), a power cable network and protective switches and the equipment, a monitoring system and instrumentations are composition of regular power supply (SBE).
In the solution on the UPS the failsafe, reserved, building parallel systems of uninterruptible power supply units of Newave Conceptpower are used. Service of the UPS is performed by the specialists of the service center of EcoProg company who underwent training and certification at production capacities of Newave UPS Systems producer.
Upon completion of system operations of the guaranteed and regular power supply ensure continuous functioning of telecommunication equipment of automatic telephone exchange, DPC, communication centers, control panels satellite communication, boards of emergency lighting, technical means of security of the building, the fire warning and the system of the voice notification and also jobs of operational technicians. For ensuring fault tolerance of the SBE systems in case of emergency situations, such as smoke, ignition and. etc., the UPS systems are placed in certain premises where also distributors and conditioning systems are located. The optimal choice of electric equipment conforms to requirements of the increased operational reliability, energy saving, economy of the area for placement of the equipment and also allows to lower operating costs.
Within upgrade of a monitoring system of the engineering equipment the following subsystems became subjects to control:
- regular power supply (SBE);
- the guaranteed power supply;
- automatic equipment of a switching power equipment;
- temperature monitoring in premises.
After upgrade a system automatically controls operation of the equipment of power generating systems, allowing the manager to react quickly to changes of parameters and to make the correct decisions at emergence of emergency situations.
The central server of a monitoring system is the industrial computer of the German firm Beckhoff. As nodal modules of integration the JACE network controllers of the American firm Tridium are used. For distributed system of monitoring modules of input-output of production of the Swiss firm SAIA-Burgess are selected. Measurements of parameters of the electric power are performed using analyzers of parameters of the electric power of the Spanish firm Circutor. The workplace of the manager is equipped with the system of collecting and data processing of CitectSCADA of the Australian firm Citect. In the solution open protocols and technologies were used: LonWorks, Modbus and BACnet.
