The EcoProg company completed the works on creation of engineering and information infrastructure of a multifunction complex

In September, 2007 the EcoProg company completed the works on creation of engineering and information infrastructure of the multifunction Aquamarine complex. Construction of the facility was performed by AFI Development company.

The project includes all complex of systems – mechanical, electrotechnical, information and security systems. Functioning of the equipment is controlled by the automated control system created based on the LonWorks, ModBus and BACNet protocols. Integration of the engineering systems is performed using own innovations of EcoProg.

Complex approach to creation of engineering infrastructure and the optimal choice of technologies and the equipment allowed to solve a set of problems, such as:

• reduction of total costs on construction and operation of an object
• compliance to requirements of tenants
• reliability augmentation and security of engineering infrastructure
• reducing costs for insurance of an object
