Gave to Finn Flare support of IT infrastructure on outsourcing

The Finnish company Finn Flare, one of leading manufacturers of fashionable clothes, gave support of IT infrastructure on outsourcing. The contractor selects the Optima services company having wide regional network and which proved as reliable IT service provider on the basis of the agreements SLA.

Project scope included 35 shops from 13 cities of Russia, including St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Ufa, Saratov. The agreement for a period of 1 year provides operability of servers, a corporate data network, the automated jobs, peripheral and office equipment and also support of a multimedia and video equipment.

"We have more than 350 outlets most of which part is in regions, and everything them needs to be serviced. Before we used services of separate companies in the different cities therefore to keep track of results of work and it was rather difficult to adjust document flow, - Oleg, the chief of IT department of Finn Flare company says Shalginsky. – We hope that using Optima services company we will be able to centralize works on IT service".
