The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of the cottage settlement "New landmarks" based on a product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8". According to the results of the project the firm quickly conducts settlement with tenants and service providers.

The company aims to increase customer service quality constantly. Worked at the enterprise in the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 programs earlier, however there was no opportunity to keep specialized account. Monthly employees expected more than 400 accounts utilities in spreadsheets that was labor-consuming. Besides, earlier in one program had to work to 5 employees that was inconvenient and reduced efficiency.

The solution allowing a message settlement with clients and service providers therefore the program "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" was selected was required. The product is easily integrated with systems on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and allows to work at the same time in uniform base to several users.

For project implementation invited 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has extensive experience with the enterprises of housing sector. In a project deliverable 5 jobs are automated, now employees can work at the same time in uniform base.

Automation results:

  • Time expenditure was considerably reduced by conducting settlings with tenants and service providers;
  • There was an opportunity to quickly keep account of charges and payments on personal accounts;
  • The debt of homeowners for utilities decreased.
