As part of the digital transformation, Maslosyrzavod was engaged in the automation of its business processes. The postal system used also needed to be upgraded, as it did not provide the proper level of integration with internal user identification services. The oil factory needed a single communication platform that would ensure the operational exchange of data between various (technological, warehouse and management) teams located in different cities. To solve the task, the company turned to ActiveCloud.

After examining the needs of the client, the provider's team offered its solution - SmartMail corporate mail. The mail service is hosted on the Russian servers ActiveCloud, which guarantees full compliance with the requirements of legislation of the Russian Federation in the field data protection of information storage.
