Spargo Technologies automate Pharmation pharmacy chain in the Leningrad Region with the help "efarma2"

The Spargo Technologies company announced end of the first stage of automation of the Pharmation MT pharmacy chain of the Leningrad Region the efarma2 software product.

The pharmacy chain includes 5 drugstores in the city of Kirishi. 11 jobs of the central office are at the moment automated and within half a year other 4 outlets of network will be connected.

The software package "efarma2" successfully coped with an assigned task, having allowed to increase efficiency of trade enterprise", - a business activity manager Spargo Technologies Konstantin Harnikov comments.

As reported, employees of MT Pharmacy note convenience of the program exempting them from routine manual transactions, acceleration and simplification of process of a prikhodovaniye of goods. Using the efarma2 complex less time is spent for a design of internal transfer of goods more time – on attraction and service of buyers that involves increase in turnover of the company.

Installed product "efarma2-Centralny the office" solves the main task of centralized operation by the range and the analysis of sales. The used module "Efarma2-management of the reference book" allows to keep the unified reference book of the nomenclature and to use it in all documentation. Using the module "efarma2-Formirovaniye requirements" the multicomponent analysis of sales by different criteria is performed, calculation of a trade inventory is made and the request for goods forms.

For the quality control and origin arriving on sales of goods the software module "eframa2-Falsifikaty" is set. This module provides operational finishing information on the revealed counterfeited series of medicines and allows to withdraw them from circulation

For implementation in pharmaceutical institution the standard configuration of the software product was used, however completions under specific needs of the customer are conducted at present, and the first changes will concern pechatany document forms.
