2026: KeptStore showcase beta launch

On January 15, 2026, Kept launched a beta version of the KeptStore showcase. The AI agent platform is a full-fledged external service for solving the current tasks of the corporate segment, which require the greatest human and financial resources. In addition, AI solutions can be tested on the platform and working hypotheses can be tested, as well as used as a ready-made infrastructure for the introduction and development of technologies. Over the years of experience, the company has accumulated knowledge of the real business processes that AI agents can now embody.

The product allows companies to implement a solution that can reduce labor or workflow by freeing up financial resources, with minimal change in the existing IT landscape and without re-engineering the business process.

The platform presents the first series of AI agents for accountants, financiers, economists, procurement and document management specialists in capital construction, controllers. AI assistants are able to automatically sort incoming documents, extract metadata, monitor reconciliation and transfer commands to the appropriate accounting and document management systems. AI assistants compare the obtained data, draw conclusions and form a command for processing this data. Thus, the introduction of the product allows companies to increase labor productivity.

The AI agent "Assistant Treasurer" is available on the platform, it determines the extreme payment dates, analyzes contracts and primary accounting documents, draws conclusions to draw up a payment calendar. The Intelligent OCR AI agent recognizes documents in any format, extracts basic metadata from the contract. After the key data is extracted, it becomes available to other platform assistants. The card of each KeptStore product contains detailed information about all solutions and provides free demo access. The list of AI agents in the KeptStore will be replenished.
