MGTS completed implementation of a single billing system

The "Moscow City Telephone Network" entering into Group of MTS announced commissioning of a single billing system of Foris Fix that it will allow subscribers of the company to address in any of the Moscow centers of communication services for management of the account and obtaining necessary information.

Consolidation of a subscriber base of all centers of communication services (CCS) MGTS in a common information space on the basis of a billing system of Foris Fix will allow each client of the company to obtain information on balance of the phone bill, to pay communication services, to connect or turn off additional services and also to make some other transactions regardless of subscriber number belonging to specific CCN.

"Quality improvement of services – priority activity of MGTS, and consolidation of a subscriber base in a uniform function space will allow to simplify considerably process of interaction of the company with clients. Thanks to implementation of a modern billing system of Foris Fix, MGTS could create the centralized electronic environment of sales of services and also increase efficiency of promotion of new services", - the development director and exploitation of IT of MGTS Durygin Victor noted.

The billing system of Foris Fix allows to implement collecting and data processing about the rendered communication services, to make tariffing of the rendered services, to make out bills to subscribers, to conduct bases of subscriber data, to provide control of receivables and to implement some other intellectual services. The Foris Fix installation allowed to increase also efficiency of accomplishment of the main business processes of MGTS due to standardization of works with information, electronic documents, provided high security and timely access to necessary data.
