2025: Introduction of Corporate Vehicle Management System
EVRAZ ZSMK has implemented a corporate vehicle management system similar to taxi services. The developed digital project allows the employees of the plant to order cars and trucks during the shift and is designed to improve the efficiency of logistics processes and transport services. EVRAZ announced this on January 15, 2026.
Specialists of production departments form applications in a mobile application or from a working PC, indicating route points, type of car and time of submission with the possibility of prior booking. The system automatically assigns the order to the nearest free vehicle of the plant's motor transport department. The managers in the updated configuration perform monitoring functions.
The solution provides maximum transparency to process participants. The customer sees the car on the map in real time, receives a notification of its arrival, and after the trip can assess the quality of the service. The driver also sees the route and receives a signal about the readiness of the passenger. The system automatically completes the completed order and sends the transport to the next task.

The order of cars for production needs is made in a mobile phone in a chatbot. The system covers 13 trucks and 20 cars. The digital platform has improved productivity, optimized application time, reduced downtime of equipment, and automated the work of dispatchers.
