2026: Sentence - 23 years in prison for facilitating martial law
In January 2026, it became known that the former Prime Minister of South Korea Han Duk Su was sentenced to 23 years in prison, he was found guilty of helping to impose martial law - a measure that the ex-president of the country, Yun Sok El, resorted to in December 2024.
