2025: Implementation of the Electronic Queue Program for Vehicles Supplying Scrap Metal

PMH-Infotech has developed and implemented an electronic queue program for vehicles supplying scrap metal at Promsort-Urals and Promsort-Kaluga. The program made it possible to streamline cargo traffic and optimize the logistics scheme: the unloading time of cars was reduced by 35%, and the total time of drivers on the site was 2 times. PMH-Infotech announced this on January 19, 2026.

Scrap suppliers have the opportunity to choose a convenient time and book free windows in the Electronic Queue system. After the request has been completed, all process participants are notified and the delivery status is displayed and updated in real time - from the creation of the request to the completion of the unloading.

The electronic queue is managed in a single digital circuit and synchronized with the internal systems of enterprises, including checkpoints and weighing complexes, as well as with external systems for registering applications. The program allows you to track the movement of vehicles and the progress of unloading without manual entry. Operators and logicians see the loading of sites in real time and can flexibly reallocate time windows, preventing congestion and downtime of factory equipment.
