The Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation implements and applies the system of a video conferencing

The Nvision Group company completed the project of upgrade of infrastructure of conference rooms and installed the equipment for holding meetings in the video conferencing mode in the Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation.

Solution

Within the agreement specialists of NVision Group performed design and installed the presentation equipment in the Hall of boards and the Small Hall of meetings of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation. In both halls the system of a video conferencing supporting the video standard of high definition of HD (High Definition) is integrated.

For ensuring optimal perception of visual information the hall of board is equipped with six plasma display panels, a congress system (with a possibility of implementation of function of a sinkhroperevod), modern audio and video switching paths and also a management system for the hall equipment. The Small Hall was also significantly upgraded - in addition to the equipment of VKS, the outdated projector is replaced with the wide-screen plasma display panel of high definition and the additional presentation hardware is implemented.

Results

The system designed and mounted by NVision Group allowed to increase efficiency of use of working time and to hold meetings of the ministry at qualitatively new level.

The market of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) in Russia by different estimates, including analytics of the American company Wainhouse Research, is in range from $40 - $60 million with annual growth about 20%. And the share of program systems of VKS occupying 23% of the market grows quicker than the market of VKS in general that is connected with improvement of communication channels and gradual implementation. The world market of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) in 2010 exceeded $3.5 billion, and by 2015 the gain to $8.8 billion is supposed.
