The Mikron experimental plant develops the ERP system

The Mikron experimental plant specializing in production of rack and refrigerating appliances for equipment of shops of multiformat trade upgrades the automation system of management based on the Galaktika ERP. The Yunisoft company is engaged in project implementation (Nevel). Now at the plant problems of planning by production, logistics managements, accounting, payroll, personnel management are automated.

ERP system supports a planning chain: the request of the client — the sales plan — the production schedule — the limit and intaking card. For formation of product cost the financial and economic department uses information on structure of each product entered in the ERP system by specialists of design-technology bureau.

In a system calculation of step-by-step cost value on each product is performed, the analysis of planned and actual cost is kept automatic. In the ERP system financial planning is also automated.

As reported, now in an information system every tenth employee of the plant works. According to the management of the enterprise, costs for implementation of ERP paid off less than in a year. In plans of the company – implementation of the module "Customer relationship management".
