The Sviaz-Bank will grant to JSC Rostelecom the loan in shape "overdraft" for the amount 5 billion rubles

Borrowed funds will be allocated for financing of the current activity of the company after completion of reorganization on April 1, 2011.

Validity period of agreements will make one year from signature date with a possibility of prolongation the next calendar year, but no more than three times.
