Thanks to developments Mototelecom Gazstroybank managed to integrate in telephone space with a unified plan of short internal numbering all remote branches of network, and due to use of IP technologies considerably to cut down expenses on negotiations between employees in the different cities. Also in bank there was a modern multifunction contact center, so necessary for work with clients, allowing to process quickly the incoming calls arriving on "hot line" of divisions of Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Besides, now Gazstroybank can perform mailing of notifications by the SMS and distribute the advertizing or connected with customer service messages by means of telephone communication.
