The project of creation of an accounting circuit in Gazprombank based on "BOSS Company" is complete

In December, 2015 the BOSS. Personnel systems company completed the works on deployment and setup of a circuit of accounting within the project for development of the general information system of JSC Gazprombank.
During the project specialists of the company were faced by a problem of creation of full accounting of transactions of salary accrual, separate analytical and synthetic accounting of transactions and also conducting administrative transactions with the analytical account based on functionality of the BOSS Company system.
As a result of the performed works the following processes were automated:
- Maintaining clients/partners of separate divisions and Bank in general by their types - credit institutions, legal entities, individuals;
- Maintaining bookkeeping registers of separate divisions for the purposes of reflection of transactions of separate divisions of Bank and Bank in general;
- Automation of the procedure of creation of documents for formation of accounting entries and their execution;
- Formation of accounting reports of Bank and its divisions;
- Closing and opening of trading day, including reconciliation of a remaining balance and turnovers of personal accounts and documents;
- Creation and maintenance in current status of the normative reference information necessary for conducting transactions in the BOSS Company system including loaded from software "BOSS-personnel officer" and external sources (files of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation).
Strict compliance of all completions to Provision of Bank of Russia No. 385-P of 7/16/2012 "About rules of accounting in the credit institutions located in the territory of the Russian Federation" was one of requirements of the Customer to the project.
Special attention was paid to the user interface which functionality in addition to display of key performance indicators had to satisfy to requests of users on ergonomics and convenience.
The project provided including joint work of the BOSS Company system with a related product of the BOSS platform – the module "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER", regarding data transmission on partners, their structural divisions and employees and also on charges and deduction with formation of postings and summary postings for transfer in funds.
Also process of information exchange between the BOSS Company systems was adjusted and the software Diasoftbank is an unloading of full-scale payment orders in the budget, postings, data on the accrued payroll for transfer on employee personal accounts, data loading on account balances. When unloading payment orders their end-to-end numbering within calendar year by the PIT, insurance premiums or in the mixed mode with the personal counter is made for each of Branches and Head office. Numbers of payment orders and analytical data on employees remain in the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system for their use in tax statements. Exchange about Diasoftbank goes by means of the standard module of loading of external data of the BOSS Company system.
In a work progress special attention was paid to questions of access control, control and ensuring integrity of data taking into account modern requirements of information security.
The circuit of accounting was accepted in commercial operation and now it is waited by full replication on all branches of JSC "Gazprombank".
