Executive authorities of Altai Republic gradually and step by step switch to EDMS "DELO". For the last few years the CASE system was purchased by the Ministry of Education, science and youth policy, the Ministry of Labour and social development, the Ministry of Economic Development and investments, the Ministry of the property relations, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of regional development and the Ministry of Finance, State Assembly Al Kurultai. The government of the Republic successfully uses a system more than 10 years.

At the end of 2010 the Ministry of Agriculture of Altai Republic signed the agreement with KS-Consulting LLC (the partner of EOS Group in Western and Eastern Siberia) on purchase of jobs of the CASE system and carrying out training of specialists of department of organizational and legal work. Up to this point in the ministry for accounting of documents the program of own development was used.

In January specialists of KS-Consulting LLC started office-work automation system implementation. Before training by specialists of the organization contractor consultation on installation of the platform – DBMS Microsoft SQL Server a server and client part of EDMS "DELO" was held. Training of specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture of Altai Republic took place in the dialog mode, emphasis was placed on practical application in office-work of all systems capabilities. During training at the rate of Technologist of EDMS "DELO" joint work of specialists of the ministry and KS-Consulting LLC promoted partial setup of a system and filling of its main reference books. Thus, on the end of training it was possible to begin work in a system and to register the first documents.

Now specialists of department of organizational and legal work of the ministry register all incoming documents, citizens' appeals, and also archive references in a system. Operating control of execution of documents by means of the Offices function is conducted, search of the registered documents is without effort performed. Further also registration of outgoing and internal documents will be performed.

On the next stage of transition to electronic document management additional purchase of jobs of EDMS "DELO" is planned for all chiefs of departments with a possibility of transition to internal paperless document flow.
