2026: Appointment as CEO of Erkafarm, managing the Doctor Stoletov and Ozerki pharmacy chains

At the end of January 2026, it became known that Oksana Shcheglova was appointed to the post of general director of Erkafarm, which manages the Doctor Stoletov and Ozerki pharmacy chains. In this position, she replaced Anastasia Karpova, who led the group since 2012.

Shcheglova, before being appointed to a new position, oversaw the retail direction of the Katren group of companies (owns 100% of Erkafarma) and headed the board of directors of Erkafarma. She, according to the company, "is an experienced and effective manager, deeply immersed in the activities" of the organization.

There have been other changes in the leadership team. In particular, the post of commercial director passes from Armine Danielyan to Maya Chistyakova, who holds a similar position in the Melody of Health network, also owned by Katren. In addition, Erkafarm will leave the operating director Dmitry Bokov (who will take this position after his dismissal is not specified).

According to network sources, Anastasia Karpova, after leaving Erkafarm, will work at RVB LLC (a combined company Russ and Wildberries) as managing director of the new Health division. According to Pharmvestnik, Armine Danielyan and Dmitry Bokov can go to the same unit.
