2015

Andrey Paramonov's professional path to Sibur Group of Companies began in 2015 with participation in a large-scale project for the construction and launch of Russia's largest petrochemical complex in Tobolsk.

As the chief expert on power, Andrei Paramonov was engaged in the formation of energy infrastructure, the commissioning and adjustment of equipment. In the following years, he held senior positions at the Tobolsk enterprises ZapSibNeftekhim and Sibur Tobolsk, having passed the career path to the head of the Energy Complex and the director of UIO.

From 2021 to 2023, Andrei Paramonov headed Siburinteh, where he oversaw the center of engineering and technical expertise. Under his leadership, a corporate knowledge base was created, new educational standards for the industry were developed and a system for integrating training with business tasks was introduced. A state-of-the-art digital platform for developing employee skills was also developed.

2026: Appointment as CEO of Sibur-Neftekhim

A Andrei Paramonov who has been working at Sibur Group for more than 10 years has been appointed General Director of the Dzerzhinsky enterprise Sibur-Neftekhim. This was reported by the press service of the company on January 30, 2026.

Prior to his appointment to Dzerzhinsk, Andrei Paramonov served as First Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer at the Amur Gas Chemical Complex (Amur GCC) project in the Far East. His responsibilities included forming an operational team and managing the launch operations of key facilities.

According to the press service of the company, the introduction of the Amur GCC will create more than 1.5 thousand jobs for qualified specialists at the enterprise itself. Further development of the use of modern synthetic materials can contribute to the emergence of up to 170 thousand new jobs in related sectors of the Russian economy.[1]
