The Intensive Center "Razdolye" completes software implementation project "by 1C: Management of project organization 8" in Stael-Computer Systems company.
Background
In Stael-Computer Systems use project-oriented approach in the activity. On average the company keeps at the same time more than 30 projects therefore existence of a single system of planning and accounting of labor material resources which considers features of project business is especially important for it.
Reasons
Before for resource planning, conducting the regulated, inventory and operational accounting in the company several programs were used, and it was necessary to consolidate separate data to specialists Stael-Computer Systems manually. It required considerable time, errors often came to light, doubts in accuracy of the information appeared. The similar situation complicated both accounting on projects, and drawing up the centralized reporting of all company. The inaccuracy of cost information, collected in the manual mode, did not allow to estimate real efficiency of projects.
Selection
As the complete solution automating accounting and business processes of the company taking into account industry specifics in Stael-Computer Systems selected the software product "1C: Management of project organization 8".
Implementation was executed by a joint command which specialists of IT department of Stael-Computer Systems company and Intensive Center "Razdolye" entered.
