The Damascus company implemented "the Management System for Queue (MSQ) of DAMASK" in the multifunction center of Yurga.
Task
The Yurga MFC works by the principle of "one window": personal participation of the citizen is required only at receiving and delivery of necessary documents. Today it renders about 100 types of the public and municipal services, each of which, except for the state fees, appears free of charge.
Results
The e-queue system regulates DAMASCUS-MFC in the multifunction center and distributes a flow of visitors, removes a part of advisory loading from personnel, thereby accelerates service and reduces queue. Significant addition of the project in Yurga was the innovation module of record via the Internet.
Expectations
This module allows citizens to register remotely in queue in convenient date and time. Experience of others MFC shows that about 50% of visitors use this write method. Thereby the queue in MFC can be reduced by two-three times.
