2026: Implementation of "1C:ERP Construction Organization Management 2.0"

AK ESKM Corporation has implemented 1C:ERP Construction Organization Management 2.0, which has automated 100 jobs, reduced labor costs by 25% and accelerated reporting by 30%. This was announced on February 3, 2026 by Axioma-Soft.

AK ESKM Corporation LLC is a multidisciplinary company with international branches that performs a full range of work on the installation of electrical equipment of turn-key power systems. Its own resources include more than 500 qualified specialists, a fleet of 60 pieces of equipment and the ability to deploy 150 temporary modules at sites, which ensures its key role in the construction of nuclear power plants.

The company has completed a large-scale digitalization project. The reason for the modernization was the growth of business and the complication of tasks. If earlier "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was successfully used for management and accounting, then a specialized program was required to solve industry problems of construction with a long cycle. The main goal of the implementation is to create a single information space for managing unique business processes.

When choosing a system and partner, the key criteria are:

  • The possibility of complex accounting (FDR 18/02, operations with a long cycle and a complex production process) with the maximum use of standard but flexible functionality;
  • Deep experience of the integrator in automation of construction companies.

Within the framework of the project, the work of 100 workplaces was automated and a complex of subsystems covering all aspects of the activity was introduced:

  • Finance and accounting: Bank, cash desk, settlements with counterparties, regulated and tax reporting, period completion.
  • Procurement and Logistics - Manage purchases, supplier relationships, inventory, and processes unique to the company - from material requirements generation and vendor selection to post-delivery discrepancies.
  • Construction and sales: Management of construction projects (scheduling, accounting), ordering of buyers, planning and accounting of sales.
  • Transport and fuel and lubricants: Dispatching of cargo transportation, accounting of own transport, planning of fuel and lubricants consumption, formation of waybills and applications for transport.

Particular attention was paid to the digitalization of operational chains, such as the planning of combined cargo transportation (freight), the formation of orders for shipment and comprehensive management of vehicles.

The implementation of the project made it possible to solve all key tasks: to create a single information space, ensure end-to-end management of the main business processes and establish interaction with the Federal Tax Service in the format of tax monitoring.

The efficiency of business processes has increased significantly. For example, labor costs for checking certificates of work performed by construction control forces decreased by 25%. Also, the speed of management reporting increased by 30%, which allows management to make more efficient decisions.
