2025: Revenue growth 14% to ₽5,7 billion

Hotel operator Zont Hotel Group received revenue of ₽5,7 billion at the end of 2025. The figure increased by 14% compared to 2024. The company announced this in February 2026.

The growth was ensured by the sustainable development of domestic tourism and the improvement of the quality of service. The average revenue per number (RevPAR) by group increased by 30%. Average hotel occupancy was 62%.

In the next two years, Zont Hotel Group plans to open eight hotels with more than 2.2 thousand rooms:

• Moscow;
• Saint Petersburg;
• Sochi;
• Altai.

The busiest were hotels in the Moscow region of category 4 * with an indicator of 84%. The average price (ADR) in this segment increased by 13.8%. RevPAR reached ₽5378 with a gain of 2.8%. The leaders in terms of share in the total volume of foreign races were guests from China, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The flagship premium hotels - Marine Garden Sochi Hotels and SPA, Acron Hotel Veliky Novgorod and Grand Chalet Altay - have become points of attraction for travelers from Russia. The share of Russian guests in these facilities reached 95%. The 5 * hotel segment also recorded growth in ADR and RevPAR.

The best dynamics of RevPAR was demonstrated by Acron Hotel Veliky Novgorod. The figure increased by 43% after the completion of the renovation. Hotel occupancy increased by 30%. The share of direct bookings in the premium segment was 41%.

General Director of Zont Hotel Group Nikolai Filatov noted that the interest of foreigners in Russia continues to grow, and domestic tourism is becoming more demanding on the quality of service. The company's strategy for 2026 is to strengthen in the premium segment. In the spring of 2026, it is planned to launch the first hotel under its own brand "Enzo" on Poklonnaya Gora in Moscow. In St. Petersburg, the company will present the Lakhta Towers business hotel^[1]
