Sber, together with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Tula Region, presented an AI agent to support participants in a special military operation (SVO) and their families. Sberbank announced this on February 6, 2026.

The AI agent combines data on all measures of state support - federal, regional and municipal - on one information resource. He will not only answer questions about support measures, but also select all available benefits for a specific citizen. The model is further trained on highly specialized data - regulatory legal acts in various areas on support measures at all levels and departments.

The service does not require personal data entry, gives detailed answers to any open questions of users, asks clarifying questions, and to receive specific benefits and payments, generates an individual list of necessary documents. The solution also provides verified links to official resources, allows you to leave feedback, sign up for volunteers or order a Mir card, providing the most complete information and practical support for the user.
