The CRM project of automation of the loyalty program Magnet was implemented in Russky sezon LLC by SofteX company.
Solution
The project is of interest in technical implementation. In its framework development of the server of acceptance/sending sms of "Network SofteX SMS Server" is performed, Call Center based on the solution Oktell is implemented, the tool for work with POS terminals is implemented, integration with the loyalty program website is carried out.
