"The Baranovichi PMK-1" is the mobile, technically equipped, having highly skilled collective, wide-profile organization capable it is sure to compete in the market of construction services and to perform works of any complexity using the modern equipment and materials. Total number of staff of the organization is 370 people.

Today activity of the enterprise depending on the program of contract works covers the residential sector, production, social and cultural facilities, improvement of territories, road construction. In process of growth of annual volumes of SMR and also in process of complication of both an architectural, and engineering component of the projects approved to production, in 2005 own specialized sections of electric installation, sanitary and finishing works were created. At the enterprise it is created and own control service of quality and certification of products works. Besides, "the Baranovichi PMK-1" - one of the few construction enterprises of the industry which has own developed subsidiary production allowing to produce quality commodity concrete, the concrete goods, metalwork, pogonazhny and other products used in construction. More than 30 units of automotive vehicles are used for transportation of goods and delivery of workers to objects. 8 truck cranes, 5 excavators, 2 bulldozers, 3 loaders and other mechanisms work at objects.
