PIX Robotics on February 12, 2026 announced the full launch of an AI assistant for the PIX BI analytics platform. After a successful MVP at the end of 2025, the product received a significant expansion of functionality, becoming a universal tool for working with natural language data. The updated AI assistant turns self-service analytics into a truly affordable tool for users of all levels of training.

At the end of 2025, the company introduced the minimum viable product (MVP) of the AI assistant, which demonstrated the basic capabilities of converting natural language into analytical requests. The six-month period of intensive development allowed the team to significantly expand the functionality of the solution and make self-service analytics truly democratic.

The key mission of the updated AI assistant is to remove barriers between the user and data. PIX BI was originally designed as a self-service platform that allows business users to work with analytics without the help of IT specialists. The AI assistant makes this feature even more accessible.

The AI assistant is implemented as a JavaScript browser extension that provides autonomy with minimal infrastructure requirements, built-in security mechanisms to protect enterprise data, a flexible architecture to integrate with existing data management systems, and rapid deployment without the need for a large-scale IT project.

The AI assistant offers key capabilities that change the approach to analytics: converting ordinary conversational speech into visualization, where users simply describe the desired analysis, and the system generates graphs; Full integration with the BI PIX to access all platform features via an intuitive chat interface intelligent immersion in data (drill-down), which allows you to quickly move from the general picture to details; as well as causal inference, which helps to understand the true causes of the events, and not be limited to correlations.

PIX BI AI Assistant reduces time-to-insight by enabling near-real-time analytical responses and responsive to changes in business metrics. It forms a sustainable data-driven culture in which not only analysts, but also managers and subject matter experts work with data, which reduces dependence on narrow specialists and reduces the cost of routine analytics. Due to quick access to relevant insights, the quality of management decisions is growing: teams test hypotheses on data and see the effect of their actions in numbers, turning analytics into a real competitive advantage of the organization.

In the long term, it is planned to develop a machine learning-based analytical engine, a semantic data factory for automatic improvement of data quality and predictive models for strategic planning.
