The 1C:University software product is intended for automation of a management activity in institutions of higher professional education.

The 1C:University program is developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform, using all advantages of software products of this generation: the ergonomic interface, the developed construction tools of the analytical reporting, essentially new opportunities of the analysis and information search, high scalability and performance, modern approaches to integration, convenience of administration of a system. "1C:University" supports multi-user work in the local area network or via the Internet using web browsers or the thin client. Innovation allows to automate the following functions of higher education institution: work of selection committee, planning of educational process, management of the contingent of students, work with orders, printing of diplomas, applications and references, accounting of payment for training and employments of graduates.

Main functionality of the program:

1C:University supports multi-user work in the local area network or via the Internet using web browsers or the thin client and allows to automate:

  • Work of selection committee;
  • Planning of educational process (curricula, loading);
  • Management of the contingent of students (personal records, accounting of progress and attendance, military accounting);

Work with orders;

  • Printing of diplomas, applications and references;
  • Accounting of employment of graduates;
  • Accounting of payment for training.

1C:University is implemented on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform and supports use of licenses with program protection. Technical support of a configuration is provided by SGU-Infokom company (Stavropol).

The application solutions developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform are distinguished by the ergonomic interface, the developed construction tools of the analytical reporting, essentially new opportunities of the analysis and information search, high scalability and performance, modern approaches to integration, convenience of administration of a system.

The 1C: Enterprise 8.2 system implements work of users via the Internet in regime of the web client using the Internet browser running the Windows or Linux operating systems, including on mobile communication channels (GPRS).

1C: Enterprise 8.2 supports work with different DBMS - the file mode, the Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2, Oracle Database.

The 1C: Enterprise 8.2 server can function both in the environment of Microsoft Windows, and in the environment of Linux. It provides at implementation a possibility of the choice of architecture at which a system, and a possibility of use of open source software for operation of the server and the database will work.

1C: Enterprise 8.2 supports a possibility of setup of the application solution for reflection of specifics of work of specific organization:

using the mechanism of functional options using which fast setup of a system at implementation is performed, without change of the application solution, using the start mode Configurator which provides visual development tools, designers and other mechanisms for change of the application solution.

Data protection

1C Company receives certificate of conformity No. 2137 of 7/20/2010 issued by FSTEC of Russia which confirms that the protected software package (PSP) "1C: Enterprise, version 8.2z" is recognized as the software tool of general purpose with the built-in information security tools from unauthorized access (NSD) to information which is not containing the data which are the state secret. Based on certification compliance to requirements of regulating documents for protection against NSD on the 5th class, on the level of absence control of not declared opportunities (NDV) on the 4th level of control is confirmed, the possibility of use for creation of the automated systems (AS) to a class of security 1G is confirmed (i.e. AS providing confidential information protection in a LAN) inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems (ISPDN) to class K1 inclusive.

All configurations developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (e.g. "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff 8", 1C:University), can be used during creation of a personal data information system of any class and additional certification of application solutions is not required.

Scalability and performance

Use of the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform ensures effective functioning and reliable information storage during the work of hundreds of users. Modern three-level system architecture gives preserving of high performance with significant growth in load of a system and volumes of the processed data. The high fault tolerance is reached due to reservation of a server cluster, and high-speed performance optimization - at the expense of dynamic balancing of loading between clusters. Use of DBMS of world leaders (MS SQL, IBM DB2, Oracle Database) allows to build high-performance and reliable information systems.

Creation of the geographically distributed systems

In 1C:Enterprise 8 the mechanism of management of the distributed information bases which ensures functioning of the single application solution (configuration) with territorially spaced databases united in a layered hierarchical structure is implemented.

It gives the chance to build on the basis of a configuration University of the solution for universities with filial structure, allowing to manage effectively educational institution and to see the picture "in general" with efficiency, necessary for decision making.

About release of edition 1.1 of the product "1C:University"

A number of the changes allowing to make work with a subsystem faster and comfortable is entered to functionality of a subsystem of coordination of work of selection committee.

Functional features:

  • The master of a receiving campaign allowing to perform fast navigation according to the documents necessary for holding a receiving campaign; from the Master both viewing documents of a receiving campaign, and creation of new is possible.
  • Possibility of accounting of categories of arrival of entrants.
  • The processings allowing to automate a number of processes of a receiving campaign:
  • "Distribution of entrants by groups" – automatic formation and filling of the document "Distribution of Entrants by Groups".
  • "Formation of admissions of entrants" – automatic formation and filling of the document "Admission to Entrance Tests".
  • "Formation of examination sheets" – automatic creation and filling of the document "Examination Sheet".
  • "Loading of results of verification of certificates of the USE" – interaction with the AIS "Federal Base of Certificates of the USE" (AIS FBS).
  • Processing "Perezachet of results of the USE" – automatic filling of examination sheets according to data of certificates of the USE.
  • A number of the reports allowing to make more complete monitoring of holding a receiving campaign in university is added:
  • The report "Activity of entrants" – is intended for graphical representation of information on the documents acceptance course within the receiving campaign.
  • The report "Form 76-CD" – is intended for display of statistical information on results of enrollment of students in state educational institution on full-time courses.
  • The report "the Form of 76-CD (UGS)" – is intended for providing information on transfer of students of internal department in university taking into account the enlarged groups of specialties and the directions of preparation.

Subsystem of integration into the solutions "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff"

The new subsystem allowing to implement data exchange between 1C:University and the solutions "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff".

Functional features:

  • Formation of candidate lists to this or that position for the purpose of the subsequent unloading in "1C: Payroll and HR Management" or "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff".
  • Filling of the document "Fixing to Department" of the 1C:University configuration on the basis of the data which are contained in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management" or "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" configuration.
  • Filling of the sheet of a time recording in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management" or "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" configuration automatically on the basis of the data which are contained in the 1C:University configuration.
