"Biologists for conservation" select the 1C:VDGB program for accounting of NPO

For the automated conducting accounting and tax accounting and preparation of the reporting in the "Biologists for Conservation" charitable public organization (CPO) implementation of the specialized software product for accounting of NPO — 1C:VDGB is carried out: Accounting for non-profit organization on the 1C Platform: Accounting 8.

Earlier carried out by 1C specialists: VDGB in the "Biologists for Conservation" organization implementation of the software product 1C: Accounting 8 allowed to automate the majority of sections of accounting, including settlings with the organizations and advance holders, personnel records, trade and currency transactions, the cost accounting and cost accounting, tax accounting and also fixed asset accounting and intangible assets, calculations for the VAT and many others.

In addition to a configuration 1C: Accounting 8 the 1C:VDGB program was installed: Accounting for NPO 8 for the solution of specific accounting tasks in non-profit organizations. Therefore the "Biologists for Conservation" organization received the effective management tool activity with following features of accounting:

• Maintaining list of financing sources of non-profit organization;
• Maintaining the 20th account "Main production" by two sub-accounts: "Costs on business activity" and "Costs on non-commercial activity" its closing into the 86th account;
• An opportunity to consider costs on the 26th account and its closing into the 86th account;
• Conducting detailed analytical accounting on account 86 "Target Financings and Receipts" in two cuts: "Item of expenditure and receipts" and Financing sources;
• An opportunity to keep account by a business and non-commercial activity;
• The mechanism of automatic conducting economic transactions at the expense of the distributed sources when wiring should share in proportion to structure of a source is implemented;
• One base allows transition to the STS and back, without additional installations of programs. In a configuration the mechanism of accounting of economic operations on financing sources is implemented. In standard reports it is possible to obtain information on each of financing sources, or on all sources at once;
• Features of accounting of the VAT are considered — the possibility of acceptance of the VAT to offset or inclusions in cost of the purchased objects is implemented;
• Features of accounting of fixed assets are implemented, accounting of OS and charge of wear is provided;

Planning with a different periodization (month, quarter, year), and a possibility of comparison of planned and actual receipts and expenses is provided;

• Automatic filling of the regulated form No. 6 on the basis of the inventory data entered into the program;
• The 1C:VDGB program for accounting of NPO allows to perform all necessary economic operations, to keep material accounting, to perform trade operations. The reporting can be kept now both as the standard reporting and as the specialized reporting of NPO.

In addition to the main functionality, 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting for non-profit organization provides a full integration of a business and non-commercial activity in the following sections of accounting:

• material accounting;
• inventory control;
• accounting of trade operations;
• accounting of transactions with money;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• production accounting;
• salary accrual;
• accounting of business activities of several organizations in uniform base;
• application of any tax modes (the STS, an UIIT, the normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another in working base in several minutes.

Main works on implementation of industry solution of 1C:VDGB: Accounting for NPO 8 in BOO "Biologists for Conservation" specialists of 1C:VDGB company are complete now. 5 jobs are as a result automated. For the staff of the organization elementary education of 1C is provided, information and technology maintenance is performed.
