MTS Bank tripled the efficiency of the corporate information security monitoring center in 2025, including thanks to the introduction of domestic technological solutions, one of which was the Russian MaxPatrol SIEM system from Positive Technologies, which announced this on February 19, 2026.

The Internal Situation Center () SOC is the core of cyber security MTS the Bank. More than 20 analysts continuously monitor the security of the entire company's infrastructure, identify anomalies and prevent attempts in a timely manner cyber attacks using various means of protection, one of which is the SIEM system.

In 2024, the bank decided to replace the previously used foreign decision with the Russian SIEM system. The SOC team was looking for SIEM with a modern technology stack. Following pilot tests of three domestic SIEM systems for full-scale implementation in 2025, the company chose MaxPatrol SIEM. Positive Technologies met the requirements of SOC specialists as much as possible: a simple and understandable interface, a scalable architecture, control of the completeness and quality of information security event collection, their proper normalization and correlation, quick connection of sources, as well as responsive and qualified technical support employees.

MaxPatrol SIEM allows you to process 500 thousand events per second and monitor the level of security of mobile applications, sites and the entire corporate IT infrastructure of the company as a whole.
