2026: Automation of Accounting and Tax Accounting at the EPU

SPUTNIK-CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Management Company with the help of the Khomnet Group of Companies has automated the process of maintaining accounting and tax accounting at the EPU, as well as preparing reports in accordance with the requirements of the supervisory authority. The system is built on the solutions of the vendor - "HOMNET: NFO" and "XOMHET: XBRL." Homnet announced this on February 19, 2026.

Joint-Stock Company "Management Company" SPUTNIK - CAPITAL MANAGEMENT "specializes in asset management of institutional investors. The company was established on August 16, 2001, has extensive experience in the financial market, is a member of the National Association of Stock Market Participants.

In the inherited accounting system of SPUTNIK - CAPITAL MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT, errors occurred with high frequency. This significantly hindered the accounting and reporting processes, affected the quality of the reports and led to an additional burden on the employees of the management company. In this regard, it was decided to replace the system used.

The main criterion in choosing a potential project executor was reliability, i.e. the availability of qualified specialists in the staff, high-quality support, system development and prompt release of releases that will ensure the timely implementation of all changes issued by the Bank of Russia in the system.

Before the start of the project, we carefully studied the software market and we had rather strict requirements for the solution. We found compliance with these requirements in Homnet: NFO. The solution has full functionality for accounting for financial instruments and trust management, which is very weighty for us. Especially in "Homnet: NFO" we were attracted by the ability to configure the download of data from Fansy (back-office system) in terms of financial instruments (quotations and transactions), - commented in JSC "UK" SPUTNIK - CAPITAL MANAGEMENT. The following activities have been performed within the project:

1. Install and initially configure the HOMNET: NFO system and the modules Tools Financial and Lease Accounting.
2. Configure integration (loading) data from Fansy according to the Contractor's NAPF 2.0 format.
3. Configure integration "HOMNET: NFO" with the non-standard (system was finalized) program "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8."
4. Install and initially configure "XOMHET: XBRL."
5. Training of key users in the system "HOMNET: NFO" and "XOMHET: XBRL."

Functions such as:

• tax accounting;
• accounting;
• preparation of accounting (financial), tax and supervisory statements;
• Accounting of transactions with financial instruments (FI)
• accounting of trust management operations according to OSBU;
• accounting of incoming leases for NFOs in accordance with the Regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 635-P;
• Reporting in XBRL format.

As a result, the SPUTNIK-CAPITAL MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT Company has built a centralized system for maintaining accounting and tax accounting and preparing industry reports. The functionality of HOMNET: NFO covers the company's needs in terms of compliance with the requirements of the Regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

The number of manual operations has been minimized, while the burden on those responsible for reporting has significantly decreased. The risk of reporting errors is also minimized.

The transition of SPUTNIK - CAPITAL MANAGEMENT to this accounting system was "painless," the implementation was carried out without violating the current workflow within the company.
