2026: Launch of a new plant for the production of vegetable oil for 4.4 billion rubles in the Rostov region
In February 2026, a new Troitsky oil extraction plant was launched in the Neklinovsky district of the Rostov region. The volume of invested funds in the enterprise exceeded 4.4 billion rubles. This is a project of the Agroprim company, which has been building the enterprise since 2021.
According to the press service of the government of the Rostov region, the plant provides a full cycle of processing oilseeds, including the acceptance, storage and transformation of raw materials. Production capacity is 1 thousand tons of products per day. According to management, such indicators will provide the company with high competitiveness.
The head of the enterprise explained that proximity to the port infrastructure and suppliers from the Rostov region and new regions will make it possible to form an effective procurement and export strategy.
| We must support industries engaged in processing in agriculture, and not just the sale of raw materials and resources, - said Slyusar. |
As part of the working trip, the head of the region also visited the Neklinovsky inter-municipal environmental waste processing complex. The facility has been operated by Ecotrans since December 2020. The project cost reached 1.4 billion rubles. The facilities of the enterprise include a sorting line for 200 thousand tons of waste annually, a landfill with a capacity of up to 233 thousand tons, areas for processing construction waste, composting organic matter and neutralizing industrial waste.
The technology of the complex involves the complete sorting of garbage with the release of paper, plastic, glass and other recyclable materials. Sorted materials are pressed into briquettes and sent to processors. In the future, it is planned to organize a closed cycle for the release of finished products from waste.[1]
