2026: Nationalization
At the end of February 2026, the Gagarinsky District Court of Moscow seized the KIMP holding in favor of the state, which specializes in the production of bearings, including for the needs of the armed forces. The decision was made at the suit of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.
The lawsuit was based on data from Rosfinmonitoring, the Federal Tax Service, the FSB, the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) and the FAS. It was established that the enterprises of the KIMP group, which includes the plants of OK-Loza OJSC, 10-GPZ LLC and GPZ-2 Tver LLC in the Moscow, Rostov and Tver regions, inflated prices for products five to ten times, whose customers include defense enterprises. Convicts from the correctional colonies of the Tver region were involved in the work: their work was paid at a reduced cost, but the reporting documentation reflected overestimated indicators.
In Russia,According to the newspaper, Kommersant one of the defendants in the case was the beneficiary of the KIMP Alexei Kuleshov, the former deputy head of Rosstandart. The value of the assets of the nationalized bearing holding exceeds 5.8 billion. rubles In addition, the companies "" and "Pramo," Elma previously owned by another defendant - Dmitry Gorditsa, who, according to the Prosecutor General's Office, is the second beneficiary of the KIMP, were seized in favor of the state. Moreover, Elma owns 11 industrial, warehouse and business parks and two technology parks with a total value of over 120 billion rubles.
The case also revealed a scheme of embezzlement of budget funds. To obtain the maximum volume of the state defense order, Kuleshov allegedly used his powers as deputy head of Rosstandart. In particular, he contributed to the inclusion of OOO 10-GPZ, OAO OK-Loza and OOO GPZ-2 Tver in the documentation of defense enterprises as the only suppliers of products. As a result, the structures of the military-industrial complex were forced to purchase exclusively products manufactured by the KIMP holding at repeatedly inflated prices.[1]
