2026: AI Assistant Implementation

The Himpek Group of Companies has completed the project of introducing an AI assistant based on the GPTZATOR platform. The solution integrated with the 1C:ERP made it possible to automate the process of preparing responses to requests from the tax office. Lad announced this on February 25, 2026.

Before launching the system, accountants spent up to two days to process one request from the Federal Tax Service. The main time spent was on routine operations:

• defining a list of counter-inspection documents,
• search of primary accounting documents in 1С, EDM, archives,
• Copy, scan, create the correct document registry.

With the introduction of GPTZATOR, the AI assistant receives and analyzes incoming requests, extracts key data from various sources (1C:ERP, 1C: Document Flow, EDM, archive), forms a draft response with links to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and internal regulations. The platform works with any source, including scanned paper files.

The key results of the project are a significant reduction in the time for preparing a response to a request from the Federal Tax Service: previously, the request could be processed up to 2 days, after implementation, the processing of the request from the Federal Tax Service is no more than 2 hours, thus saving time up to 95%. Accountants are exempt from the routine and focus on analytics and strategic engagement with tax authorities. As a result of the implementation, archival documents now immediately enter the digital circuit and become available for preparing answers by an AI assistant.
