The shareholder of the Sunlight jewelry chain bought the estate for 270.5 million rubles
On February 20, 2026, at an auction organized by Дом.рф, the Vorontsov-Dashkovs manor complex (Moscow region, Bykovo village) was sold for 270.56 million rubles. Four bidders took part in the auction. The winner was businessman Mikhail Maslovsky.
"Msk1.ru" reports that the final price of the lot more than twice the initial cost of 132 million rubles, established when putting up the object for auction at the end of December 2025.
The subject of the transaction was a manor complex, including 15 buildings. Their total area is 5.9 thousand square meters. m. Two objects within the complex have the status of objects of cultural heritage of federal significance: the main manor house and the rotunda, located on the island of the round pond.
Under the terms of the auction, the new owner is obliged to carry out work aimed at preserving architectural monuments, as well as their maintenance and use in strict accordance with federal law.
According to the portal "Жуквести.ru," the winner of the auction is associated with the jewelry business. From the data of "Kontur. Focus" it follows that Maslovsky holds the position of general director of the company "Lazurit." In 2015, RBC reported that he was a member of the board of directors of the Sunlight jewelry chain.
According to "Msk1.ru," the history of the estate in the village of Bykovo dates back to the 17th century. The key stages of its formation fell on the XVIII-XIX centuries. At different periods, the owners of the estate were chamberlain Mikhail Izmaylov, representatives of the Vorontsov and Vorontsov-Dashkov families. The reconstruction of the palace in the 1840s was carried out by the Swiss architect Bernard Simon, who significantly changed its original appearance, bringing features of neo-Gothic. Architects Vasily Bazhenov, Rodion Kazakov and Dmitry Gushchin also took part in the creation of the architectural ensemble. After nationalization in 1917, the manor was used to house various institutions.[1][2][3][4]
