Virtu Systems implements at itself a development project management system

The company Teamlead completed an implementation project of a system Atlassian JIRA and GreenHopper in the company Virtu Systems.

Goal

The aspiration to use in production of the most modern tools for software development led to emergence in company management of the strategic plan of implementation of a product line Atlassian

Implementation

The first stage based on the JIRA system organized processing of requests of clients. In a system it was succeeded to implement classical requirements to HelpDesk - fast accounting of requests, dynamic reports, quick search and the history of processing of incidents.

Results

Specialists of Virtu Systems company apply more than a year in the production Scrum methodology to maintaining Agile-projects. Implementation of a plug-in of GreenHopper for JIRA allowed to automate a part of routine operations on work with cards of tasks, a board of planning of development process and management of release of releases.

Objectives

On the next stage it is going to organize electronic storage of documentation and production content based on the Confluence system which is closely integrated with JIRA.
