TD "Russian Products Bidding" integrates the accounting system and management of mobile trade

In Russian Products Bidding Trading House the first stage of the project of automation of work of sales representatives on the basis of a management system for mobile trade Optimum, developments of CDC Group came to the end. All works were performed by forces of the customer and two weeks proceeded.
The trading house is included into Rusprodholding Group and is the largest trading company specializing in distribution of confectionery of domestic manufacturers.
The implemented system was integrated with the solution on the 1C: Enterprise 8.0 platform that allowed to automate more fully such business processes as merchandising and collecting of preorders (pre selling).
Thanks to system implementation of mobile trade sales representatives of the company got online access to information on existence of goods in a warehouse in receptive period of requests and an opportunity at once after a design to transfer the arrived orders for processing to head office. Besides, mobile employees can reserve in the automated mode goods for clients, and this transaction, by the customer's estimates now, takes no more than 3-5 minutes. As a result the goods delivery in outlets of Moscow and the Moscow region is implemented strictly within 24 hours from the moment of obtaining the order.
Now in the Moscow region 50 sales agents connected to a new system work, and in the near future their quantity it is going to bring to one hundred. In addition, a system is supposed to be implemented in the Vladimir branch of the company, having equipped with mobile computers of 100 sales representatives.
