The introduction of the GPTZATOR AI platform in Professional NPF was a response to the acute challenges faced by many companies when working with documents. Applications to NPFs are received not only in print, but also in handwritten form. Before the start of the project operators manually viewed scans and transferred data to 1C: Accounting, the process of processing applications required a lot of work and was prone to errors, there were risks to the accuracy of accounting.

To improve the efficiency and reliability of business processes, the transition to automated data management was necessary.

The criterion for selecting an AI platform is the placement of the solution in an isolated corporate loop in order to comply with internal information security policies and regulatory requirements.

With the decision of this request, NPF Professional turned to the group of IT companies Lad.

The GPTZATOR platform is included in the Register of Russian software and is certified as compatible with the 1C ecosystem. GPTZATOR guarantees the protection of confidential data: the platform operates in isolated mode, without connecting to external networks, which ensures data control and compliance with information security requirements.

The project team integrated GPTZATOR into the customer's 1C loop.

An AI assistant has been set up with the skill of processing incoming applications, which:

• automatically accepts scans, including those with handwritten text,
• recognizes and structures key data with OCR,
• transfer to 1C and pre-complete the relevant documents.

In addition to the basic scenario for processing applications, the team, together with the customer, finalized the accounting document recognition module, adapting it to the formats used in NPFs. This made it possible to improve the accuracy of data extraction and reduce manual correction.

The introduction of an AI assistant into the Non-State Pension Fund significantly transforms internal business processes, transferring them from manual to automated. In the future, NPF Professional plans to introduce other GPTZATOR modules to automate related processes, continuing to increase the efficiency of employees.
