Landia Group (1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse)

The LANDIA group is engaged in production and sale of the wide range of metal rolling, plumbing fixtures, polymeric pipelines and packaging products. One of types of activity of LANDIA group is production of a gofrotara and corrugated packaging. "LANDIA" is one of leading companies in the Russian market on production of corrugated packaging and also specializes in production of complex and non-standard products (original packaging, metal frameless constructions, etc.). The annual turnover of the company makes more than 175,000 tons. A total quantity of workshops and warehouses – 4.

When choosing a warehouse management system the main requirements of LANDIA company became:

• need of operational customer service taking into account the large volume of the nomenclature at the minimum warehouse flows;
• creation of address accounting of storage of goods on warehouse cells;
• possibility of obtaining operational data on a warehouse status.

At the time of the beginning of implementation specialists of LANDIA company already had a positive operating experience of systems on the 1C: Enterprise platform. The choice for benefit of "1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse" it was made, including, taking into account its relative simplicity in operation, reliability and cost.

In a project deliverable the following business processes are automated:

• goods acceptance;
• placement of goods;
• order complete set;
• shipment of goods;
• inventory of goods.

Also integration of a system "was provided to 1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse" with the data collection terminals (DCT) using which processes of acceptance, placement, a complete set, shipment and inventory are performed.

According to Evgeny Yesin, the project manager of LANDIA company, system implementation allowed:

• minimize quantity of errors, thanks to bar code identification;
• exclude regrading;
• accelerate process customer service.

In a warehouse 1 attendant workstation and 2 jobs using data collection terminals is automated. The average number of the documents which are monthly created in information base – 2000.

In plans of the company – increase in quantity of jobs with a scope of other sections of production.
