NTF iatrotechnics (1C: Accounting)

The St. Petersburg production trade enterprise "Medtekhnika" which is engaged in sale, service and repair of medical equipment in medical institutions completed the project of automation of accounting and management accounting based on the solutions "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8" of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The St. Petersburg branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) (file) was engaged in implementation.

During the project management of warehouse stocks, sales management, cash management, customer relationship management, accounting were automated. The add-on unit on accounting of complex maintenance was developed for accounting of products of the medical equipment which is on service at clients.

50 jobs at head office and two brand stores of the company are as a result automated, automation of work of accounting in the main directions of accounting is performed, the mechanism of automatic formation of the procedural reporting is configured. Between the implemented programs automatic data exchange is configured: each fifteen minutes all changes are in the background unloaded from 1C: Trade Management in 1C: Enterprise Accounting.

As reported, implementation of these solutions allowed to obtain quickly information on the movement of goods with instant identification of errors of users at an input stage, to increase the input speed of primary information, to adjust automatic data exchange with the bank program, to increase transparency of financial information, to facilitate process of maintaining and tracking of information on clients and so forth. All this allowed to increase performance of work of accounting, finance division and other services.
