Rolf (1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse)

One of activities of Rolf company is delivery of auto parts. The nomenclature of the enterprise makes about 40 thousand names. About 50 customer orders are daily processed, in the order can be up to 150 positions of the nomenclature.

During the course of performance the project on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.0 the following processes were automated:

• obtaining requests for shipment;
• formation of a task for selection in the form of a tape of labels with the name of goods, the storage address in a warehouse and a barcode;
• marking of a packaging container;
• packaging of goods using the equipment of scanning of barcodes;
• transfer to a system from data collection terminals of information on packaging of goods with indication of goods, quantity, number of a container, the contractor;
• formation of labels and packing lists on a container, accompanying documents on goods upon shipment.

The created system supports storage of history of customer orders. A system creates protocols of mismatches on a difference of the ordered and found goods quantity in a warehouse, automatically sends protocols of mismatches to the specified addresses (both to the manager of home company, and the client). During the project the reporting allowing to provide information in different cuts was also developed:

• on the shipped goods in cuts of clients and a packaging container;
• on packers;
• on separate transactions of shipment.

During the project 2 jobs are automated.
