Accounting of Institute of mineralogy, geochemistry and crystal chemistry of rare elements is automated using a product "BIT: Accounting proyek

For automation of accounting and management accounting the product "BIT was selected from Federal State Unitary Enterprise IMGRE: Accounting of projects". By projects and orders planning and the cost accounting on Research and Development, payment receipts from customers, payments to collaborators, graphics of accomplishment and delivery of works on customers and collaborators is conducted.

As a result of implementation the following results are achieved:

• increase in accuracy of costs planning and control of their actual state;
• obtaining exact data on financial results by orders and divisions of the enterprise;
• ensuring transparent accounting of works which allows to control and coordinate effectively * joint work of divisions of institute and external collaborators;
• reduction of terms of formation of managerial reports.

The product is built in standard "1C: Accounting 8" that allows the staff of the company to work in the single database and to quickly obtain data on the actual indicators of activity. The program is created without significant changes of standard mechanisms of the 1C: Accounting 8 program that considerably simplifies maintenance and further development of a system.

Specialists of office "Semenovskaya" delivered (BIT) to 1C: Accounting and Trade company and installed the program, performed initial tunings (an institution of users, loading of qualifiers, etc.), provided user training.
