Vniitransmash (BIT: Accounting of projects)

As a result of system implementation "BIT: Accounting of projects" the following sections are automated:

• planning and the cost accounting by orders and divisions contractors;
• data acquisition about cost value of orders and projects in general;
• planning and control of a payment receipt on agreement stages;
• planning and control of payments to the external organizations collaborators;
• control of the actual execution of each stage (under acts);
• control of the actual execution of each order (on actually performed works);
• planning and accounting of actual overheads with breakdown by divisions;
• control of payment of accounts of suppliers.

As a result terms of formation of managerial reports were reduced from 2-3 days to several minutes. Operating control of settlement on projects is conducted that allowed to reduce debts on payments. Transparent accounting of works allows to control more effectively joint work of divisions of institute and external collaborators, to avoid non-compliance with fixed terms of project implementation.
