In Central Research and Development Institute Kurs is complete the project of automation of project accounting based on the 1C: Accounting 8 system. Implementation is executed jointly by AVRO-BUS companies, "A.I. Audit service" and staff of the enterprise. Central Research Institute Kurs is parent organization of the ship-building industry on ship arms and the shipboard radio-electronic equipment, and performs accomplishment of Research and Development on research and development of difficult hardware and software systems for military and civil shipbuilding.
Work on regulated prices, strict control from customers belongs to features of activity of the enterprise and the state over compliance of actual costs to the estimates approved in agreements. Besides, the institute works in conditions when growth of own costs advances increase in prices for products.
Now at the enterprise work of accounting is automated based on the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 programs. For the purpose of increase in efficiency of institute the task of automation of project costs accounting, planning and analysis of payments, cost accounting and profit was set.
The decision to automate accounting of Research and Development using the system of "1C: Accounting 8" which was already used at that time that allowed to execute the project in one month and to ensure functioning of users of different divisions in the single database was made.
According to the results of the project the following tasks are automated: planning and project costs accounting and to orders, obtaining cost value of orders; planning and control of a payment receipt by orders; planning and control of payments to the external organizations collaborators; scheduling of accomplishment and delivery of works on the order, tracking of the actual execution of the plan. In a project deliverable operating control of accomplishment of Research and Development and results of work of structural divisions is provided.
