As a result of product introduction "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT:CRM 8" the company received an effective system for accounting of customer relations. As a result of the project there was an opportunity to save all history of interaction and to receive the reporting under a business activity of the enterprise.
For the company it is important to service quickly clients and to execute orders in time. The organization works as follows: sales managers receive orders from wholesale buyers, after that create and transfer the request for production. Employees of a warehouse check availability of necessary raw materials and order required quantity. When products are ready, it needs to be distributed quickly on cars and to deliver to clients from different regions just in time.
Because of the large volume of orders earlier managers of sales department had no opportunity to control all stages of interaction with buyers, for this reason forgot to remind them of the next purchase in time or to offer innovation. Besides, it was difficult to monitor all stages of sale and work with customers. For the enterprise it was important to keep effectively and precisely regulated accounting.
The management made the decision to increase efficiency and quality of work of sales department using the new automation system. For solving of tasks of the company it was decided to implement the products "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT:CRM 8" as they as much as possible answer assigned tasks and have optimal implementation cost.
For project implementation invited 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has successful experience of implementation of CRM systems on manufacturing enterprises.
Specialists of BIT company made initial adaptation of the program under specifics of activity of the enterprise, trained employees in work in a system. In a project deliverable 10 jobs are automated.
In a project deliverable service rate of clients increased twice. There was an opportunity to control work of staff of sales department due to tracking of process of customer relations.
